Your MVP Medicare plan includes a flexible hearing aid benefit through TruHearing®. Choose between two TruHearing Advanced or Premium aids per year, or apply an allowance to a broader catalog of hearing aids from all major brands.

  • TruHearing Premium ($999 co-pay/hearing aid) 
  • TruHearing Advanced ($699 co-pay/hearing aid)

TruHearing® Hearing Aids and Features 

TruHearing Advanced and Premium aids have the latest features and technology, including:  

  • Long-lasting or rechargeable batteries 
  • Sound filtering to help you focus on voices and make your voice sound more natural in your hearing aids 

You’ll also be able to message your hearing provider directly through the TruHearing app. And you’ll get insights to help you set goals and improve your hearing health. Your benefit also includes a risk-free 60-day trial period on your hearing aids, three years of free batteries for non-rechargeable hearing aid models, and a full three-year manufacturer warranty.  


How Your Hearing Aid Benefit Works 

The TruHearing Hearing Consultants will guide you through the entire process. They will: 

  • Work with you and MVP to understand your plan’s coverage 
  • Schedule a hearing exam and fitting for hearing aids with a licensed hearing provider 
  • Provide free aftercare, including one year of follow-up visits for adjustments

Other physicians/providers are available in the MVP Health Care network. Gia virtual care services are available at no member cost-share for medical plans, including qualified high-deductible health plans (QHDHPs). Exceptions may apply for self-funded plans. In-person visits and referrals are subject to cost-share per plan. Members enrolled in a Medicare Rx plan without additional MVP medical coverage do not have access to MVP virtual care services through Gia.
