$0 preventive services
All plans offer coverage for up to two exams, two cleanings, and one x-ray per year at no cost with NationsDental™ in-network providers.
Comprehensive allowance with some plans
Some plans include a $300 annual allowance to use toward additional comprehensive dental services, like fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals from NationsDental in-network providers.
Once the full allowance is used, you are responsible for 100% of the cost of any comprehensive dental service for the rest of the year. All dental coverage is a yearly benefit that does not roll over into the next plan year.

- Covered preventive services are covered in full
